Ella will have surgery at 8:00 in the morning, Tuesday, September 2, which we just found out a little bit ago. I will keep you posted as I have information. Amy did get to hold Ella tonight and see her, so that was a special time. Thank you all for your prayers and support. Ella and Amy had good days today and the doctors have given them both good reports. Big Sister Eva and Rick are taking great care of their family. I will update more tomorrow as soon as I know anything. At this point they don't know where the surgery will be or any other details. Please pray for their peace, for their surgeon Dr. Black and his team, for a successful surgery, and for sweet little Ella's strength and healing tomorrow.

It is after 9pm out here in AZ (11pm in TX) - I've just opened my computer for the first time today and learned of Ella's arrival. She is so precious and I praise God to know that you are both doing well. I will be praying for Ella's surgery and anxiously waiting to read more updates. I love you, dear friend. And your sweet family, too!
I am so glad Ella got to beet her Mommy!!! I know that was a special time. Praying for healing and that all goes well tomorrow. What a sweet baby!!!
I happened to open this at 9:00 Georgia time - which is 8:00/Surgery time in Tx and immediately got to praying. We're praying for a tangible peace and presence both in the OR and with everyone in the waiting room. And of course a successful surgery and quick recovery for Ella and Amy, too. Keep us posted!

Hi Carders-
We're in Derran and Ann's small group in Abilene and we are praying for you. Ella is such a sweetheart already and is beng lifted up by so many out here in West Texas. Remember the old song- "The Love of God burns like a flame, through endless years, He is the same"- we're keeping the fires lit over here for Amy's recovery, Rick's strength, Eva's peace and patience and Ella's fortitude.
Love,
Chris and Rachel Riley
